With more than 10 years in the food and beverages industry, Chef Tan has been a strong promoter of healthy living through a balance diet.
Learning from previous experience and experience as a new daddy, Chef Tan decide to focus on confinement cuisine, making confinement meal no more plain and boring. Helping new mummy solving the most difficult question: What to eat?
With specially crafted menu by Chef Tan, we ensure that every new mummy will truly enjoy every moment of the confinement period.

Confinement cuisine has been passed down from generation to generation without much change. This shows the effectiveness and importance of the confinement cuisine.
Due to differences in culture, thoughts and beliefs, confinement cuisine has evolved and adapt to the different needs. Chinese confinement has always been one of the most demanding and strict in any cultures. However demanding and strict does not equate to plain and boring. Chef Tan, the executive chef and co founder of Yue Zi Le Confinement Catering. With over 10 years experience in the food and beverage scene, I have a great understanding and knowledge that I will like to share to improve on current confinement cuisine. I am a strong believer that good and natural ingredient is the basic foundation of any cooking.
After consulting and interviewing numerous experienced confinement nannies and past feedbacks from experienced mummies, I have crafted this well planned and nutritionally balanced menu. With all the specially selected ingredients and fusion cooking methods, let me bring colours and surprises to your confinement.
